Located at 1974 East 61st Street between Euclid and Chester

keycard-secured 71-space indoor parking garage. The second
phase of construction will maximize the total 7.5-acre

The MidTown Technology Center is a MidTown Cleveland,
Inc. initiative. MidTown Cleveland, Inc., the economic
development corporation for the MidTown Business and Urban
District, recognized an unmet need in the marketplace
– the provision of affordable, flexible technology
space to facilitate the commercialization of cutting-edge
technologies in Northeast Ohio. To bring this project
to fruition, MidTown Cleveland, Inc. partnered with The
Ferchill Group and BTE Company, LLC, leaders in urban
redevelopment and technology entrepreneurship, respectively.
The MidTown Technology Center is the catalyst for a larger
redevelopment effort. In concert with this initiative,
the Euclid Corridor Transportation Project and MidTown
Cleveland, Inc.’s Mixed-Use District vision will
transform the economic landscape and neighborhood tapestry
of MidTown. The Euclid Corridor Transportation Project
will link this new business and technology hub to The
Cleveland Clinic, University Circle and Downtown Cleveland
using modern, European-styled hybrid buses. Additionally,
the establishment of a residential Mixed-Use District
surrounding the MidTown Technology Center will capitalize
on the area’s best qualities and create a true neighborhood
center along Euclid Avenue. This transit-oriented development
will combine upscale residential, commercial, office,
civic and open space uses into a pedestrian-friendly environment.
The synergy created by these complementary initiatives
will enhance MidTown’s ‘urban cool’
character by producing a vibrant business and neighborhood
hub that pulsates with activity.
